DESCRIPTION:If you have ever wanted to create collages or are interested in discovering new techniques for combining images\, Sarah Hadley will show you ways to enhance your personal projects through the art of collage. In this webinar\, Hadley will discuss a variety of methods employed by both historic and contemporary artists. The webinar will address many hands-on techniques not requiring Photoshop or advanced software and is aimed at photographers of all levels.\n\n\n\nSarah Hadley is a Los Angeles based artist whose narrative work focuses on issues of female identity and memory. She has been using collage techniques both in and out of the camera to create her art for over 15 years. Originally from Boston\, Hadley received degrees in Art History and Italian from Georgetown University\, and Photography from the Corcoran College of Art. Her work has been exhibited in solo shows in museums and galleries throughout the US including the Richard Levy Gallery\, Afterimage Gallery\, the Loyola Museum of Art\, the Griffin Museum of Photography\, the dnj Gallery and Fabrik Projects and her work has been shown in photo festivals in Italy\, France\, China\, Australia\, India and Portugal. Hadley’s work has also been featured in numerous magazines\, blogs and publications and is held in many public and private collections. In 2020\, her first monograph Lost Venice was published by Damiani Editore.
