With over 20 years of experience in photography\, production\, and education\, Elia has given more than 200 keynotes and lectures. He has spoken at venues including Photokina\, Photo Plus Expo\, InterBee\, Visual Storytellers Conference\, NAB\, Post-production World\, Adobe Max\, B&amp\;H Optic\, Fujifilm Festival\, Gulf Photo Plus\, Kelby Media\, HIPA Dubai\, National Geographic Aveiro Fest\, and Xposure International Photography Festival. Additionally\, he has worked with clients and companies\, including Instagram\, Google\, Fujifilm\, Nikon\, Adobe\, Skylum\, Wacom\, CNet\, and DJI Global. And\, because he doesn't sleep\, Elia is also known for developing and on-camera hosting various episodic travel shows\, including Moments in Time and Kentucky in Focus.\n\nIn 2022\, Elia co-founded and became the CEO of Radiant Imaging Labs.
