DESCRIPTION:Join us for an Online Member Town Hall and Mixer\, a great opportunity for LACP members living outside of Los Angeles and abroad to hear from LACP’s Executive Director and Chief Curator Dr. Rotem Rozental during a live discussion\, show work\, and meet other members.\nOur Member Mixers are all about connection. The events are relaxed\, informal gatherings where our creative community comes together to show work\, spark ideas\, and spend time with people who understand the art of making photographs.\nLACP's Dr. Rotem Rozental will kick things off with the Town Hall consisting of community updates and announcements followed by a Q&amp\;A session\, a short break followed by the Member Mixer where participants will rotate through a series of small breakout rooms. Three to four photographers per room\, 15 minutes each — think platonic speed dating for photographers! \nMembers will have the option to briefly share their work or website (2-3 min max) or engage in conversation. Members will be put in different breakout rooms about three times to get to meet with different peers and build connections.\nDate: Thursday\, September 24\, 11 am -1 pm\nSchedule:\n11 am – 11:45 am Town Hall\nBreak\n12 pm – 1 pm Member Mixer\nTickets\nAdmission is FREE for Members ONLY.
