Creative Natural Lighting for Family and …. Flowers?
What is a beautiful lighting situation that you can find rather than own expensive equipment to create?  Your instructor, Ford Lowcock, will demonstrate various situations that you could possibly find around your home to photograph family members or friends in that creates character.  Or, if you greatly enjoy growing various types of flowers, then similar lighting situations could be applied as well and how they may differ.  Go beyond the simple “snap” shot to the intended created image with beautiful light.

Making Your iPhone Imagery Sing An Aria
In this final iPhone session, Ford Lowcock, reveals his five secret questions that he asks his clients prior to working with them to create their personal voice and intent in their photographic work.  Join in to find out how to bring out you in your work, or how to simply “play” and discover new and unexpected creative imagery that you want to share with friends and family.

Ford Lowcock taught photography full-time for 23 years at Santa Monica College, where he is still teaching part-time. He fell in love with the iPhone camera when he started making 11×17” prints from its files.  Ford has taught for Adobe Systems, because of his passion for mobile and Adobe products.  Ford brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into this classes and a passion for image making and photography in general.  His fine art work has included extended projects on Barton Creek, Austin, Texas, Los Angeles River and The Klamath River in Northern California.  Ford’s work has been collected by the Gernsheim Collection, Austin, Texas, Austin History Center, Citibank Corporation and numerous private collectors.
