This year, in addition to our online reviews being held October 15-19, 2025, we are offering some in-person reviews in May mainly focused on Los Angeles based reviewers.  Saturday, May 17th (Darren Ching only) and Saturday, 31st (all other reviewers). Participants will sign up for 30-minute, private meetings with industry professionals. All meetings will take place at the Los Angeles Center of Photography, 252 S. Los Angeles St., Los Angeles, CA 90012.

$165 ($150 Members) for single reviews with Darren Ching on May 17th (AM – limit of three)

Information and the Registration Process

Exposure 2025 In-Person Portfolio Reviews will open for registration on Thursday, April 24, 10 am PST, 2025.  LACP Members receive a discounted rate.  (Subscribe HERE if you are not currently a Member.)

After registering, you will be entered into a lottery from which we will assign your place in line.  You will be asked to submit reviewer preferences via survey monkey. Priority will be given to those registering early. (Most people are able to meet with most if not all of their top preferences.) Schedules will be released in May.

Attendees should be prepared to share their images in-person and prepare their printed portfolios accordingly for a thirty-minute presentation and discussion.

Registration will close for the May 17th reviews with Darren Ching on Friday, May 9th (or if sold out beforehand). Registration will close for the May 31st reviews with the rest of reviewers on May 23rd (or if sold out beforehand).

If choosing a single review with Darren Ching on May 31st, your assigned time slot will be determined by LACP.  Although we will work with you for a preferred time slot, please make sure your schedule is clear the entire day.  

If choosing a package of three reviews on May 31st, please either select AM (10 am – 12 pm) or PM (1:30 pm – 3:30 pm), depending on your availability.  If choosing a package of six reviews, please make sure your schedule is clear the entire day.

Refund Policy

A $25 administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests.  For Darren Ching’s reviews, refund requests must arrive on or before Friday, May 2nd, 2025.  For all other reviews, refund requests must be submitted on or before Friday, May 16th, 2025,  No refunds will be provided for requests arriving after these dates. All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@lacphoto.org.
