About
The Los Angeles Center of Photography is honored to welcome Jeremy Nobel, M.D., M.P.H., Harvard Chan School of Public Health faculty member and founder of Project UnLonely, for a public presentation in conjunction with Reservoir: Photography, Loneliness, and Well-Being.
On January 29, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, Dr. Nobel will present an in-depth exploration of loneliness as a critical public health issue, examining its impact on individual and collective well-being. He will also address the role of the arts in mitigating loneliness, highlighting how creative expression—particularly photography—can foster connection and improve health, wellbeing and resilience.
Drawing on his work at Harvard, as well as his leadership of Project UnLonely, Dr. Nobel’s talk will situate the themes of Reservoir within broader conversations about social determinants of health and the integration of the arts into health and community care.
