We have plans to offer our annual Exposure Weekend Portfolio Reviews two different times – 1) In January, 2022 via online and 2) In July, 2022 via In-Person. Stay tuned for details!


We are excited to announce that we’ll be holding virtual portfolio reviews January 21-24, 2021.

Portfolio reviews are twenty-minute face-to-face virtual meetings with museum curators, gallery owners, publishers and photo professionals. All meetings will take place online via zoom.

Participants can expect to receive candid feedback about their images, as well as professional advice about exhibitions and other opportunities. All participants should be prepared to share their images (and screen) via zoom with their reviewers.

Single Reviews (if available) will be available after January 4th, 2021

Once you register, you will be asked to rate your reviewers in order of preference and submit those preferences by December 18th. The date and time you purchase your reviews will hold your place in line (not when you submit your preferences) and reviews will be assigned accordingly. We encourage everyone to read the bios provided and make sure you know which days/times your reviewers are available. Reviewer schedules will be sent in early January.

All meetings will take place via zoom. A good internet connection is recommended.

There will be a “Preparing for Your Reviews” session in early January with Aline Smithson. Date tba. This session will be free for all registered participants.

Refund Policy

A $25 administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests. The request must arrive before Friday, January 7, 2021. No refunds will be provided for requests arriving on or after Friday, January 7, 2021. All refund requests must be submitted via email to
