Julia Dean: What kind of photographer are you?
Caleb Cain Marcus: I’m a human!
JD: How long have you been shooting?
CCM: Since I sang to the deer.
JD: Where did you get your training?
JD: When did you know you wanted to devote your life to photography?
CCM: I love the trees, the sky and the animals and hope that we protect them and care for this earth.
JD: Did you ever come close to giving up?
CCM: Life is like a river whose flow can take us in all directions.
JD: Have you sacrificed anything by being a photographer?
JD: What have you gained by being a photographer?
CCM: A storage problem.

JD: What advice would you give someone who is thinking about making a career in photography?
CCM: Find a rich husband or wife.
