John Lichtwardt

John Lichtwardt has been a professional photographer and cinematographer for more than 15 years, working as a lighting specialist for some of the world’s most influential photographers. He has worked on projects ranging from Vanity Fair and Rolling Stone celebrity portraiture to international fashion and advertising campaigns. He has worked with people such as Sophia Loren, Al Gore, Frank Sinatra and Nicole Kidman, has lit grizzly bears, tigers and piranha fish, and has traveled to remote corners of the globe shooting documentary film.

In addition to his current work, John is a returning guest lecturer on lighting at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
