Shipping Information
Shipping charges are based upon the size and dimensions of our products.
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. We do not provide international shipping at this point.
Orders shipped usually arrive within 4–7 business days following processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a refund or exchange on merchandise returned within 30 days, as long as it arrives back to us in its original condition. Media and limited editions are non-returnable, unless the product is defective. Merchandise marked as a sale item is non-returnable. We offer refunds in the form of original payment; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that items lost or damaged during return shipping are the responsibility of the sender; therefore, we recommend insurance if returning items by mail. To help us process your return in a timely manner, please include either a copy of the receipt that you received via e-mail or the packing slip from your order.
