Elana Mann is an artist, activist, and grant writer. She is the founder of Ears Open, which offers development services for artists and arts organizations. Ears Open has been proud to support LACP since 2024. Throughout her career, Mann has advocated for the arts and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to uplift artistic voices. Mann’s art and activism centers around the act of listening, an approach that she also applies to the individuals and organizations with whom she works.
