Artist Statement
From childhood, I’ve had an obsessive fear of the unknown. Yet despite this, I remain inexplicably drawn to the dark alleys and the shadowy streets of anonymous cities. This curiosity is rooted in my need to discover what lies beneath the surface, unseen. This body of work explores isolated fragments from subjects once there but now gone, as a means of shining light on what is hidden, if only for an instant.
