About
Hybrid Learning (In-Person and Online)
Step into the glamorous world of Beverly Hills in this immersive Meet-Up in LA class, where you’ll capture the opulence and history of one of Los Angeles’ most iconic neighborhoods. During the in-person excursion, you’ll explore the world-famous streets of Beverly Hills, from the palm-lined avenues to the historic landmarks, luxurious architecture, and hidden corners that make the city a photographer’s paradise.
Through guided photography activities, students will develop their skills in capturing both the beauty and the cultural narratives that define this upscale area. Whether it’s the polished facades or the vibrant mix of visitors and residents, Beverly Hills offers endless inspiration for visual storytelling.
After the field session, the online Zoom critique will provide a chance to discuss your images, refine your narrative techniques, and receive feedback to enhance your photography practice.
Join us as we uncover the stories behind the glitz and glamour of Beverly Hills!
This engaging exploration of Los Angeles is part of LACP’s Meet-Up in LA series of classes, designed for visual storytellers of all levels. Each class includes an in-person excursion to a unique and vibrant area of the city, followed by an online Zoom session for critique and reflection on the work created. Students will develop their photography skills while capturing the eclectic essence of LA, with a focus on narrative and composition. Participants should be familiar with their cameras (digital cameras are strongly encouraged).
The location for this meet-up will be Beverly Hills.
