*Viewings are encouraged to be scheduled in advance and by appointment only.
Rental Rates and Fees
Fees include base weekend exhibition run (Friday – Sunday) and opening night reception event/party. Hourly or single day rates do not apply.
$2,000 + $750 per week (max two weeks)
$2,500 + $1,000 per week (max two weeks)
$4,500 + $2,000 per week (max four weeks)
A $100 cleaning fee, a $200 site manager fee, a $175 security fee, and a $200 de-install fee (patching, painting) applies to all gallery rentals.
LACP will post the event to its social media circuits at no additional cost. Client may choose to market the event through LACP’s Mail Chimp newsletter feed for an additional $1,000 OR possible trade.
Client will be responsible for other applicable expenses, including art installation/de-installation fees, opening night reception expenses (catering, staffing, etc.), valet parking (optional), and applicable marketing costs.
Gallery rental includes three-hour opening night reception (Friday night is recommended) which includes access to a kitchenette and two public restrooms.
